«حقــوق الإنســان النيابيــة» لجلاء ملابسات اختطاف صادر
بعد انعقاد أول جلسة لها برئاسة النائب الدكتور ميشال موسى، عرضت لجنة حقوق الإنسان النيابية لأبرز ما تم الاتفاق عليه لجهة استكمال الخطة الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان وفق المنهجية المعتمدة، إلى جانب الطلب من الحكومة الإسراع في وضع التقرير الوطني اللبناني عن واقع حقوق الإنسان تمهيداً لرفعه إلى مجلس حقوق الإنسان لدى الأمم المتحدة في إطار المراجعة العالمية الدولية.
إلى ذلك، أصرت اللجنة على جلاء ملابسات اختطاف واختفاء المواطن جوزف صادر منذ أكثر من عشر أشهر من دون توافر أي معلومات جدية عن هذه الجريمة. وأشارت إلى أنها ستتابع هذا الموضوع حتى انتهاء ملابسات هذه الجريمة.
من جهة أخرى، دعت اللجنة إلى إحياء اليوم العالمي لحقوق الإنسان في 10 كانون الأول المقبل، في مجلس النواب بالتعاون مع الأمم المتحدة

أكدت لجنة حقوق الإنسان النيابية إصرارها على جلاء ملابسات إخفاء الموظف في شركة طيران «الشرق الأوسط» جوزف صادر في منطقة طريق المطار في الضاحية الجنوبية لبيروت أوائل العام الجاري.
وأعلن رئيس اللجنة ميشال موسى بعد اجتماعها الأول أمس في المجلس النيابي، أن المجتمعين اتفقوا على «استكمال الخطة الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان، وفق المنهجية المعتمدة لا سيما مناقشة ما تبقى من ملفات هذه الخطة والبدء بالصياغة النهائية تمهيداً لوضعها للمناقشة بحسب الأصول، وتم تكليف رئيس اللجنة ومقررها مهمة متابعة كل الشؤون المتعلقة بتنفيذ الخطة والطلب من الحكومة ولا سيما وزارة الخارجية والوزارة المعنية الإسراع في وضع التقرير الوطني اللبناني عن واقع حقوق الإنسان تمهيداً لرفعه الى مجلس حقوق الإنسان لدى الأمم المتحدة في إطار المراجعة العالمية الدولية».

إضراب في مغدوشة واعتصام أمام "الميدل ايست"
رفضاً لاستمرار خطف صادر وكلمات تطالب بإطلاقه
نفذت بلدتا مغدوشة ودرب السيم في منطقة صيدا اضراباً عاماً أمس استنكارا لاستمرار اختطاف ابن البلدتين المهندس جوزيف صادر منذ أكثر من ثمانية اشهر. وأعقبه اعتصام احتجاجي نفذه الاهالي أمام مبنى ادارة شركة طيران الشرق الأوسط حيث كان يعمل جوزف، على طريق المطار.
ففي مغدوشة ودرب السيم (صيدا- المستقبل)، اقفلت المؤسسات والمحال التجارية والمدارس ابوابها احتجاجاً وقرعت اجراس الكنائس وسط اجراءات امنية للجيش الذي انتشرت عناصره في الشوارع والطرق. ورفعت في باحة مقام سيدة مغدوشة، لافتة كتب عليها عبارة "سيدة المنطرة تنتظر عودة ابنها البار جوزيف حيا وسالماً".
وتجمع الأهالي منذ ساعات الصباح في ساحتي البلدتين للتوجه الى بيروت لتنفيذ الاعتصام، حيث اقلتهم حافلات ترفع لافتات تطالب بالافراج عن صادر واعادته الى أهله سالماً.
وقالت سلمى صادر زوجة جوزف: "الاعتصام اليوم من اجل تحريك الموضوع والطلب من الدولة تفعيل التحرك لاعادة جوزف الى منزله بسلامة وكرامة ونحن لدينا الثقة الكاملة بالمطران حداد راعي الابرشية لانه مصدر ثقة عندنا".
وقال كاهن مزار سيدة مغدوشة الارشمندريت سمير نهرا: "نحن متضامنون مع جوزف صادر ومع كل انسان يعاني الظلم. نشعر اليوم بان لدينا شيئا من النقمة على الدولة لانها بعيدة عن الاهتمام بالوطن والانسان وهذا مؤسف جدا ونناشد الخاطفين اعلان أي معلومات عن جوزف صادر واذا كان فعلا يعمل على التشويش على أمن البلد أو على أمن أي حزب في الوطن".
اعتصام امام "الميدل ايست"
وعند الحادية عشرة قبل الظهر، نفذ اهالي البلدتين اعتصاما على طريق المطار أمام مبنى ادارة شركة طيران الشرق الاوسط "الميدل ايست". وانضم الى المعتصمين عدد من موظفي الشركة وزملاء المهندس صادر.
وتحدث افراد عائلة صادر الى الاعلاميين مطالبين المسؤولين بـ"كشف مصير صادر والمساعدة على عودته الى عائلته". كذلك تحدث امام المعتصمين رئيس الخدمات في شركة طيران الشرق الاوسط رمزي يونس آملا ان "يكون التجمع المقبل لاستقبال زميلهم صادر". وناشد "المسؤولين في الدولة اللبنانية وسعاة الخير تكثيف الجهود لكشف مصيره".
وأكد المهندس نديم شريف "ان كل العاملين في الشركة لا يزالون ينتظرون عودة صادر وان مكتبه لا يزال مقفلا في انتظار عودته".
وتمنت زوجة المهندس صادر "أن تكون الاخبار الجيدة عنه صحيحة وعودة زوجها بكرامته في الدرجة الاولى لانه انسان محب ومجتهد ومسالم بطبعه" مؤكدة "انه بريء ومظلوم من كل الشائعات التي أطلقت منذ خطفه" مشيرة الى "ان الدولة على علم بكل التطورات التي تحدث عنها المطران الياس حداد والتي لا تملك العائلة غيرها".
وكانت كلمة لمنسق "التيار الوطني الحر" في منطقة صيدا مارون نمور شدد فيها على "العمل بجدية لكشف مصير المهندس صادر لانها قضية انسانية ولا يجوز ان يخطف اي شخص في لبنان وعدم معرفة مصيره" داعيا القضاء الى "التحرك وان يكون هو المرجع الاساسي لكل القضايا".
وتحدث في الاعتصام حسين عباس باسم نقابة طيران الشرق الاوسط والشركات التابعة، فأشار الى "انه والنقابة كانوا قد بدأوا بسلسلة تحركات وتم التواصل مع عدد من المسؤولين في البلد وكانت الوعود بتخفيف التحرك لمصلحة المهندس صادر الا ان كل الوعود والتحركات باءت بالفشل" مشيرا الى "النية لاستكمال التحركات اذا لم يكشف مصير المهندس صادر انطلاقا من مبدأ الزمالة والاخوة" مستغربا "بقاء الغموض سيد الموقف في هذه القضية" مشيرا الى "ان احدا من القيادات السياسية والدينية لم يقل حتى الساعة كلمة في هذا الموضوع".
وكانت كلمة لكاهن رعية مغدوشة توفيق الحوراني أشار فيها الى ان "المهندس جوزف صادر يمثل احدى دعائم المطار لانه يمثل العمل الصالح والامانة في الوظيفة" واصفا قضيته بأنها "قضية عادلة لا بد من كشفها" مشيرا الى "ان عودة صادر مؤشر للسلم الاهلي" آملا من "اهل الاعلام استنفار طاقاتهم لكشف مصير صادر" داعيا المسؤولين الى "تحريك ضمائرهم في خصوص قضية عادلة". اما الأرشمندريت نهرا فأكد "ايمانه بالدولة اللبنانية كوطن للجميع" عاتبا على المسؤولين لـ"عدم ايلاء هذه القضية الاهمية اللازمة".

BEIRUT/MAGDOUSHEH: Efforts to find a Middle East Airlines (MEA) employee kidnapped eight months ago must bear fruit, his friends and family said on Tuesday. Family members, neighbors and colleagues of Joseph Sader gathered outside the MEA headquarters near Beirut’s Rafik Hariri International Airport in the sweltering midday heat to pray for his safe release and demand greater transparency to the government investigation into his abduction.
Fifty-six-year-old Sader, an Information Technology manager and father of three, was abducted on February 12 as he walked to work, allegedly by three unidentified assailants who forced him into a sport utility vehicle.
Sader’s hometown of Magdousheh, near Sidon, came to a standstill as locals boarded up their shops to attend the protest.
“We are here to ask the government to make their investigation more effective and to give us proof of who took him,” Sader’s wife Salma said. She described her husband as a friendly, apolitical person and was incredulous that anyone would have purposely targeted him. “If Joseph could be kidnapped then it means everyone is a target because Joseph was not political. He had no problems with anyone,” she said.
MEA, where Sader has worked since 1982, issued a statement complaining there had been little progress in the official investigation into their colleagues’ abduction. “All we’ve received are hollow promises that reveal nothing about the case. We feel personally concerned in this case … we will not accept that this case is ignored or forgotten,” the airline’s union said.
A Magdousheh resident, who wished to be identified by the name Abou Georges, also said he was frustrated by the confusing picture being painted by the authorities. “We want the truth to be revealed and the guessing to stop.”
Al-Liwaa newspaper and OTV on Monday reported comments by Archbishop Elie Haddad, pastor of Sidon and Deir al-Qamar’s Roman Catholic Melkite Church, who said a religious source from another sect had told him Sader was alive and being detained by an “unofficial military” group in Lebanon other than Hizbullah.
The MEA official’s abductors were at odds with one another over whether to release Sader, turn him over to the Lebanese authorities or continue detaining him for further investigation into his possible involvement in an Israeli spy cell, Haddad claimed. “I was told that he witnessed some of the events that may have been the cause of the espionage,” Haddad told OTV.
Responding to the archbishop’s remarks, Sader’s nephew George said while he believed Hizbullah did not kidnap Sader, the group could have information about his whereabouts. “We are sure that if he’s not with Hizbullah, they at least know where he is just by the fact he was abducted in an area they control,” he said. – Additional reporting by Mohammed Zaatari

Grève à Maghdouché pour réclamer la libération de Joseph Sader
Joseph Sader, employé de la MEA, avait été enlevé sur la route de l'aéroport le 12 février dernier, alors qu'il se rendait à son lieu de travail.
Depuis février dernier, la famille de Joseph Sader, originaire de Maghdouché, n'a aucune nouvelle de lui.
Hier, les habitants de la localité et du village voisin de Darb el-Sim ont observé une journée de grève pour protester contre la disparition de Sader et réclamer sa libération. Les écoles publiques et privées ainsi que les commerces des deux localités ont fermé leurs portes.
Les habitants ont observé un sit-in sur le parvis de l'église de Maghdouché.
Prenant la parole, l'épouse de Joseph Sader, Salma, a indiqué que « le sit-in vise à sensibiliser le gouvernement au dossier de Joseph afin que mon mari rentre à la maison sain et sauf ».
De son côté, l'archimandrite Samir Nohra, responsable du sanctuaire de Notre-Dame de Maghdouché, a souligné qu'il « soutient Joseph et sa famille et toute personne victime d'injustice. Nous sommes un peu furieux contre le gouvernement car il ne s'occupe pas des intérêts des citoyens ». Il a également appelé les ravisseurs de Joseph à rendre publiques les informations qu'ils détiennent. « Nous voulons véritablement savoir si Joseph est en train de porter atteinte à la sécurité de l'État ou à la sécurité d'un parti dans ce pays », a-t-il dit.
Un sit-in a également été organisé devant les locaux de la Middle East. Les habitants de Maghdouché et Darb el-Sim se sont rendus à l'aéroport et ont brandi des calicots appelant à la libération de Joseph Sader.
Des employés de la MEA se sont joints au sit-in.
Ramzi Younès, responsable du secteur des services au sein de la MEA, a pris la parole pour souhaiter que le prochain rassemblement soit organisé pour accueillir Joseph qui reviendra auprès de sa famille et de ses collègues. Il a appelé les autorités concernées à faire leur possible pour déterminer le sort de Joseph Sader.
Nadim Chreif, ingénieur à la MEA, a pour sa part indiqué que les employés de l'entreprise attendent toujours le retour de leur collègue.
Maroun Nammour, responsable du CPL à Saïda, a de son côté appelé le gouvernement à œuvrer sérieusement pour faire la lumière sur le sort de Joseph, invitant la justice à agir.
Hussein Abbas a pour sa part donné lecture du message des employés de la MEA. Il a indiqué qu'il était entré en contact avec les autorités quand Sader avait été enlevé. « Les responsables nous avaient conseillé de garder le profil bas et de ne pas faire trop de bruit et ce, pour préserver l'intérêt de Joseph, a-t-il indiqué. Mais les promesses n'ont pas été tenues. »

Des employés de la MEA se sont joints au sit-in.
Ramzi Younès, responsable du secteur des services au sein de la MEA, a pris la parole pour souhaiter que le prochain rassemblement soit organisé pour accueillir Joseph qui reviendra auprès de sa famille et de ses collègues. Il a appelé les autorités concernées à faire leur possible pour déterminer le sort de Joseph Sader.
Nadim Chreif, ingénieur à la MEA, a pour sa part indiqué que les employés de l'entreprise attendent toujours le retour de leur collègue.
Maroun Nammour, responsable du CPL à Saïda, a de son côté appelé le gouvernement à œuvrer sérieusement pour faire la lumière sur le sort de Joseph, invitant la justice à agir.
Hussein Abbas a pour sa part donné lecture du message des employés de la MEA. Il a indiqué qu'il était entré en contact avec les autorités quand Sader avait été enlevé. « Les responsables nous avaient conseillé de garder le profil bas et de ne pas faire trop de bruit et ce, pour préserver l'intérêt de Joseph, a-t-il indiqué. Mais les promesses n'ont pas été tenues. »

اعتصام تضامناً مع جوزف صادر
تنفذ نقابة مستخدمي شركة "طيران الشرق الأوسط" وعمالها والشركات التابعة اعتصاماً الحادية عشرة قبل ظهر اليوم امام المدخل الرئيسي للشركة تضامناً مع المهندس جوزف صادر "ابن عائلة طيران الشرق الاوسط"، واصدرت النقابة بياناً جاء فيه: "منذ 12/2/2009 مرت ثمانية اشهر على اختفاء الزميل يوسف صادر ابن عائلة طيران الشرق الاوسط. ورغم كل المراجعات والتحركات التي قمنا بها لم نحصل على شيء يبرر هذا العمل سوى وعود جوفاء لم تسفر عن كشف اللثام عن هذه القضية الانسانية التي لن نقبل طمسها. وقد اوقفنا التحركات التي كنا ننوي القيام بها في حينه بناء على طلب من المسؤولين حفاظاً على سلامة التحقيق إلا ان اتصالاتنا لم تتوقف مع جميع القيادات السياسية والدينية والزمنية والتي لم تسفر عن اي شيء سوى وعود باثارة الموضوع على أعلى المستويات.
وبما أننا نعتبر انفسنا معنيين مباشرة كزميلات وزملاء وادارة الشركة، بعد عائلته قررنا العودة الى التحرك بالشكل الذي نراه مناسباً حتى الكشف عن مصيره وحصولنا على أجوبة عن كل التساؤلات المطروحة (...)".

October 19, 2009 - Naharnet - Lebanon Sader Reportedly Alive
MEA engineer Joseph Sader, who had been kidnapped by unknown assailants eight months ago, was reportedly alive and likely to be released soon, according to a report Monday in the daily al-Liwaa newspaper.
Pastor of Sidon and Deir al-Qamar of the Melkite Roman Catholic Church, Bishop Elie Haddad, meanwhile, said in an interview with OTV that Sader was "still alive" and that he is being held by a Lebanese armed group that has nothing to do with Hizbullah.
Haddad had visited Sader's house in Maghdousheh and met his family, reassuring them that Sader is alive, but that information obtained about him varied between "guilty or not guilty" of being an Israeli spy.
"News of him (Sader) vary between (accusations that he is) an (Israeli) spy or not a spy," Haddad told the family.
"I was told that he is a witness to some of the events that may have been the cause of the espionage," he added.
"It seems that the kidnappers are hesitant and divided. Some want to release Sader and hand him over to state authority while others are seeking to prolong his detention for further investigation," Haddad went on to say.
Al-Liwaa, citing a religious authority in touch with Haddad, confirmed that the kidnappers were an armed Lebanese group.
Haddad said Hizbullah was not behind Sader's abduction.
Sader, an official at Middle East Airline's IT department, was kidnapped in February near Rafik Hariri international airport by unidentified assailants who sped away in a Sports Utility Vehicle.
